BEIJING (August 4, 2023) – Nissan’s sales in China reached 59,507 units in July.
The sales volume of Dongfeng Nissan (including the Nissan, Venucia, and INFINITI brands) reached 56,495 units in July 2023. The LCV business represented by Zhengzhou Nissan (ZNA) sold 3,012 units in July.
Nissan in China sold 418,016 units in the first seven months.
Shohei Yamazaki, executive committee member and senior vice president of Nissan, chairman of the Management Committee for China and president of Dongfeng Motor Ltd. (DFL) said: "In the changing business environment in China, while we are ensuring sustainable growth, we are also accelerating the introduction of the right products at right price and at the right speed to market. "
"The launch of Venucia V-online DDi PHEV and Nissan Ariya500 battery EV in July has further enhanced our electrified offerings (BEV, e-POWER and PHEV) in China to meet the diversified needs of Chinese customers, and more NEVs created in China for China will be coming," he added.
